Please allow for a couple of days to review and process your claim, sometimes during busy seasons it may take up to a week to process. 

If you have a event or date you need your issue resolved by please text 6157851244 with you name, email and the date you need the replacement parts delivered by and we will do our best.  

If we have any further questions we will respond to your claim via email so please make sure to check your emails.

Once your claim is processed you will get a shipping notification to this email.
