Only applies to Infinite Offroad branded products.
Only applicable to the original purchaser or receiver if gifted.
Non transferable.
We will do our best to replace the DEFECTIVE item, if the exact item is not available we will offer a newer VERSION if available. If a newer version is not available we will offer a refund of affected item at full list price.
We will contact you to troubleshoot the required replacement part, once the defective part is identified we will send the replacement out free of charge.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. This may be due to address issues, website errors, order error, pricing discrepancy or stock issues. Customer will be contacted prior to cancellation.

Shipment or fulfillment errors will be returned at no cost to the customer.
Returns may be sent back for a full refund at the cost of the customer, returns must be in new condition, please contact us prior for return instructions.
